The Challenge Rivals III: Episode 3 Power Rankings

The Challenge has changed over the years. The format is unpredictable. The episodes are elongated. The drama is the same, just with new faces. We skipped last week's power rankings as we started the season with a "To Be Continued". So what did we miss? Leroy and Avery will sent home because of Leroy's back injury. The Jungle revealed that the winning team, which was Vince and Jenna, would nominate two people for a skull pull. And that meant Are You the One teams were represented x2. We said goodbye to Devin and Cheyenne. How did losing two teams alter the power rankings? Let's see!

#1) Sarah and Bananas (1)

As predicted, Sarah and Bananas were not too happy to be paired together. Did Bananas throw the first mission? It's very possible. Will these two be able to reconcile? When they realize the money is getting closer and closer, they will.

#2) Nany and Wes (2)

These two claim they dislike each other but through two episodes, they seem to be on good terms as a pair. After Jenna and Vince won, Vince could easily have done the dirty work to throw in Wes and establish the battle lines but Wes was spared. Likely due to Nany. Will Wes and Bananas battle or be civil? It's too soon to tell.

#3) Jenna and Vince (3)

If you said two seasons ago that Jenna would be a dominating force on The Challenge, I would have laughed in your face. Paired with Vince, they are doing just fine. And Vince is proving that he may have just sucked on purpose during Bloodlines. They made a smart and safe move throwing in two Are You the One Teams. So far, they're a power team to watch out for.

#4) Nicole and Dario (6)

Dario is not on the bottom of the totem pole simply because of Nicole and her connection to Nany. He's lucky he picked a fight with her on Bloodlines! These two played well but if the challenges get harder, Nicole may prove her weak side and they could find themselves in an elimination sooner than expected. But for now, they have allies.

#5) KellyAnne and Jamie (7)

KellyAnne has showed she's not AS crazy as she used to be. It's a bummer we haven't seen any tiffs between her and Wes, but the season is young! Will KellyAnne get to last because of her veteran status or will Jamie, the hook up king, make them a target?

#6) Ashley and Cory (8)

Of all the teams, Cory and Ashley are on the best terms. And Ashley is proving to be the best addition to the season! She's spunky and willing to do anything. Like Jamie. Literally. Is Cory on another underdog team or will their cracks show?

#7) Camila and Tony (9)

If Camila goes home early she has Tony to blame. Entirely. Tony is a cancer in the his house. Even forgetting about all of the real life home drama, Tony is simply there to cause drama and hook up with any girl willing. Camila needs to keep this boy in check or they are doomed.

#8) Jessica and Johnny (3)

Yes, they were in the elimination simply because they didn't have the luck of the draw. But they are a toxic duo, even if they beat Cheyenne and Devin. And Jessica needs to stay FAR away from Tony unless she wants to be on Battle of the Exes III with him.

#9) Simone and Thomas (13)

They suck. But Thomas has the Real World bias to save them. It's likely that if they lose a challenge they will beg for the easiest team (aka Christina and Nate). They need to hope everyone performs worse then them or they will be welcomed to the Jungle.

#10) Christina and Nate (12)

For those unfamiliar with Are You the One, this was the first time we met Nate. And Nate is a box of emotions! They were saved by a technicality of a deal with Vince and Jenna. But expect them to be seeing The Jungle real soon.

#11) Briana and Brandon (10)

Briana and Brandon were the target. They were saved. Will they seek retaliation against Vince and Jenna? If they were smart they would start an alliance to target the big guns. But they are rookies after all.

Survivor Koah Rong: Episode 14 Power Rankings

This season went by so fast! Can you believe it! It's widely speculated that tonight someone will be blindsided. And by someone, it's likely us. Will it be a final 2 or final 3? And if it is a final 3 what are the three tribals mentioned in the preview promo? Here is the final power rankings of the season. This is how it shakes up at the START of the episode. The immunity challenge will likely destroy these placements all depending on who wins.

#1) Cydney (4)

Cydney finally gets the top spot. It's incredibly likely that had Joe not been medivaced she would have been out at 5. But she was saved. It was a perfect situation for her. Cydney is a likely immunity winner which should get her to the final tribal. But if it doesn't, she could be a target.

#2) Michele (3)

Michele has skated her way to the end. Her journey has been interesting. She's sat pretty for a while. She found herself on the bottom but survived. She has had an immense amount of luck on her side. But does she have a resume that will give her the ultimate prize? Michele will be in the finals. But winning will be near impossible.

#3) Aubry (1)

Aubry lost her extra vote in Joe. And that is detrimental. Everyone knew Aubry was a target and now she is expendable without the numbers on her side. Aubry has a great resume and a brilliant story to share should she make the final tribal council. But if the other three are smart, they will know that she is the one to beat.

#4) Tai (5)

Tai can win. Why? Because he is an overall great guy, he did what he needed to do to get here, and because he has Mark the chicken. Tai needs to pray that should he make the final tribal council that the jury isn't bitter. If the jury is bitter, he has a few votes already against him.

The Challenge Rivals III: Preseason Power Rankings

After a very short off season, The Challenge is BACK! We have some new faces, some old foes, and a lot of drama brewing! With the season set with co-ed rivals, how will these male-female pairs fair? Here are my Preseason Power Rankings with my pick to win it all!

#1) Sarah and Bananas

Let’s face it. With their combined resume, if you don’t pick them as your winners, you’re dumb. They are a sure-fire pick simply due to the relationships they have with the other competitors. Their biggest challenge will be if Wes and Nany declare war on Bananas. Johnny should be happy Sarah is his partner because she could defuse the situation.

#2) Nany and Wes

Who’s ready for another season of Bananas vs Wes?! That will be the plot line from start to finish. But who will leave on top? Of the two, Bananas and Wes are equal. It’s Sarah that beats out Nany. I think if they both have the same goal in mind, they easily could do well. But they need to be on the same page otherwise they could find themselves victim to the wrath of Bananas.

#3) Jessica and Johnny

Rivals? Yes. These two never saw eye to eye. But they know each other to the point where they should be a good combo. They are good players and Johnny has a connection to Bananas. Can Johnny avoid any win or go home challenges for another season?

#4) Jenna and Vince

Just gonna say it. Vince sucks. Jenna is two for two in getting to finals. And luck probably played a huge part. Vince will be working with Johnny. Jenna is forced into that alliance. Jenna began to prove herself last season but expect these two to be carried merely for their votes.

#5) Avery and Leroy

Rivalry? C’mon. No way. This is one of the forced pairs of the season. Both players are strong competitors. Leroy has a connection to Bananas. That alliance includes Johnny Reilly who Avery hates. How will this work? Will they be on the same page? If they vote separately that could be bad news for getting far.

#6) Nicole and Dario

Neither can be considered veterans but they do have one challenge under their belt. Nicole has her cousin on her side which helps in numbers. Dario wants to be the top dog which may give Nany and Wes another competitor in the “Beat Bananas” campaign. They should be great competitors, though Nicole didn’t really show much skill being lucky in Bloodlines.

#7) KellyAnne and Jamie

I’ve always been high on KellyAnne. She’s been a favorite of mine. I’m excited to see her and Sarah reunite. But after last season, neither KellyAnne or Jamie seemed to make many friends. If they can work together, they will be a force to be reckoned with. But in a game of numbers, they may see an early trip home.

#8) Ashley and Cory

Yes that’s right, Ashley is back. Do we want her back? Not really. Ashley is lethal. And she’s a drunk. Will Cory be able to reign her in? I highly doubt it. Ashley will speak her mind despite how much she claims she will stay silent. Cory has a target on his back simply due to his strength. With Ashley has his partner, having no ties can hurt him and be an easy duo to sacrifice.

#9) Camila and Tony

Camila is just not getting lucky with partners! On paper, Tony should be a great competitor but the fact that he’s a loose cannon is bad news. Camila has bonds with people but if Tony rubs people the wrong way, they will be gone super fast. Egos must be in check for these two to succeed.

#10) Briana and Brandon

This season will be determined by how the Are You the One? cast is integrated. Their presence this challenge is much bigger which could be to their benefit. This pair doesn’t look like they will be good players. Brandon could have potential but Briana looks like she may not have much of any skills. Together, they seem like they will clash but of the AYTO kids, they seem like they may be the best bet.

#11) Cheyenne and Devin

Devin looks like Johnny Bananas 2.0. And if he’s anything like him, he will be bringing an ego along with him. Cheyenne looks like a princess. Not feeling good about these two. They seem like they could work fine together so falling into the background could be to their benefit.

#12) Christina and Nate

Based on her limited time on Bloodlines, Christina is not on the right show. How she made it back is shocking. Can Nate carry the two? It’s hard to say. If Christina and Tony hook up again, there’s no way they will last. There will be way too much drama going on and no one wants that. Nate looks scrawny but scrappy. Maybe the challenges will help that.

#13) Simone and Thomas

Thomas is a subpar performer and Simone just sucks. That is a bad combo. If they continually lose challenges, they will be out early. But if they can stay away from the elimination challenges they will be carried to the end. Sorta like how Jenna has been. They don’t seem like they’ll be successful or work well together. Poor Thomas.

Survivor Kaoh Rong: Episode 12 Power Rankings

We're down to the final five! I mean, final six. Joe's still here. Poor Joe. Has there ever been a more invisible character this late in the game? Last week's ouster of my winner pick was hard to swallow but it sets up some potential paths of victory.

#1) Aubry (1)

The only way Aubry can miss out on the finals is if she (or Joe) get blindsided this week. If Tai were smart, which at this point is debatable, he would figure out a way to deflect attention on Aubry and play his idol to get her out. It would be a power move. But Aubry just has this control right now that sets her up for a victory.

#2) Joe (2)

Survivor truly is a game of numbers. And the second best option to hinder an Aubry win is to get out Joe. Joe is literally a plus one vote for Aubry. He is a puppy dog. If no one feels comfortable knocking out Aubry this week, Joe is the second best option. But again, it's not gonna happen. No one wants to risk a jury vote loss.

#3) Michele (4)

Michele made a move by ousting her bestie. Was it the best move for her to win? Yes. If she was in the final with Julia, Julia would have taken her votes. At this point, Michele has to do jury management. It's virtually a game between her and Aubry simply due to the people on the jury.

#4) Cydney (3)

Cydney has been talking a big game but we haven't seen her initiate on it. Her resume shows she's assisted in some power shifts but never the ring leader. She's had ideas but never executed. This is the week for her to do one. If Cydney can figure out a way to eliminate Aubry, she could get some votes in the final Tribal Council. But she has to do something NOW.

#5) Jason (5)

Jason's position on the power rankings isn't one of inability to make it to the end. His position is here because he has no way of winning. Jason is a jury goat. He'll get some votes but he's destroyed too many people's games in the process.

#6) Tai (7)

We've seen Tai do some wild things. We've seen Tai befriend Mark the chicken. And we're gonna see Tai either leave with the idol in his pocket and/or the extra vote not being used. Tai is a target.
